Test on generoso failed to come back because it failed early on:

ERROR: Missing dependencies: imkl/2021.4.0-gompi-2021.07 (no easyconfig file or existing module found)

Does that make any sense to you @bartoldeman?

@boegel: my proposal would be to add:
iimkl/2021.09 which has imkl with system (i.e. intel-compilers + MKL, but no MPI)
and change
intel/2021.09 to have has both imkl with system and imkl-FFTW with iimpi
