[WC 3.9 beta1]: price slider shows wrong values when activating an attribute filter which is not in current price range

To Reproduce
WIth default products:

1. Set Price Filter to 70-90 and press Go.
2. Enable the Gray color filter and press Go.
3. Notice the price slider shows 70-40.
