Hover should show most important refactoring

Context: JabRef/jabref#13514

Hover on a change of the package only shows "reorder". This is OKish, but there is a more important refactoring?!

This issue is related to #886
and will be fixed after implementing
Add tooltips for updated references to declarations (pink color)

The import declaration is both moved/reordered and updated.
