[CI] New Bitcoin RPC tests are not included in CI.

PR #6451 did not update the CI test battery to include the new integration tests (i.e. .github/workflows/bitcoin-test.yml). As such, they aren't running in CI.

CI integration tests now all get included in the CI matrix by default. They can be prevented from inclusion by modifying the workflow file manually I believe.

Yes, confirmed. All tests marked with "ignore" are executed automatically, unless they are explicitly filtered out, as @kantai described. I verified this behavior early on when I first started implementing integration tests.

For the records, even if they are not marked with "ignore", they could also run properly as part of the "unit-tests" (BITCOIND_TEST env var is also defined here).
