Milestone
Description
Gunnar Hillert opened INT-2317 and commented
Using Gradle 1.0-milestone-6 the Docbook task fails due to some dependency issues in docbook.gradle
We are using a Logback reference (ch.qos.logback.classic.Level) in the script that is not available in M6.
Somebody was hitting that same issue in September with the M5 release and the issue is mentioned on the Gradle Jira:
http://issues.gradle.org/browse/GRADLE-1791
My gradle version:
------------------------------------------------------------
Gradle 1.0-milestone-6
------------------------------------------------------------
Gradle build time: Thursday, November 17, 2011 5:54:12 AM UTC
Groovy: 1.8.4
Ant: Apache Ant(TM) version 1.8.2 compiled on December 20 2010
Ivy: 2.2.0
JVM: 1.6.0_29 (Apple Inc. 20.4-b02-402)
OS: Mac OS X 10.6.8 x86_64
Here is the reference in the build script that uses that import:
switch (project.gradle.startParameter.logLevel) {
case LogLevel.DEBUG:
case LogLevel.INFO:
break;
default:
// only show verbose fop output if the user has specified 'gradle -d' or 'gradle -i'
LoggerFactory.getILoggerFactory().getLogger('org.apache.fop').level = Level.ERROR
}
Affects: 2.1 RC1
