Open/Create Project prompt's scrollbar ignores mouse #277
Description
The Open/Create Project overlay will show a vertical scrollbar once there are too many projects to fit in the visible space, however, the scrollbar does not respond to mouse clicks or click-drag events. It will respond to mouse-wheel events however.
This was tested on Win 7 64-bit.
