When prompted with overwrite dialog, user loses "Don't Save" option upon "Cancel"

This is related to #270. We are unable to tell where the "overwrite" dialog was opened from and whether it had a "Don't Save" button, so you are returned to the save dialog without the "Don't Save" button.
