细化补充了流量路由 spec 的具体内容，该设计覆盖了更全面的流量 match、target destination、router chain 的细节设计，并结合流量路由的经典场景进行说明。
流量路由规则 (v1alpha1) 主要分为三部分：
VirtualWorkloads)：将某一组VirtualWorkload（如 Kubernetes Deployment, Statefulset 或者一组 pod，或某个 JVM 进程，甚至是一组 DB 实例）按照一定的特征进行分类。RouterRule)：将特定特征的流量映射至特定特征所对应的 VirtualWorkloads 上。RouterChain)将特定的RouterRule跟VirtualWorkloads按照一定逻辑排列组合成 pipeline。详细 spec 请参考 PR 中 markdown 内容。
