Enable wayland support in examples.

What problem does this solve or what need does it fill?

Examples do not have wayland support and segfault do to a daemon typically bundled with many X11 systems not running. Manually enabling wayland fixes the issue.

What solution would you like?

Enable the wayland feature for bevy in the examples.
