Release Notes draft:
This release includes the following resources and updates:

• The Status fields for both ScalableTarget and ScalingPolicy resources now include the CreationTime as recorded by the service ( Add creationTime to Status for ScalableTarget and ScalingPolicy resources #39 ).
• The Status fields for both ScalableTarget and ScalingPolicy also include the LastModifiedTime which records the time the resource was last updated ( Add LastModifiedTime to Status for ScalableTarget and ScalingPolicy resources #40 ).
• Add node type selector to helm chart and use == instead of ackcompare to compare pointers ( Latest code-gen changes #43 )
• Includes updates to the README file ( Update the README about ScalableTarget and ScalingPolicy Resource Updates #37 )
• Update ACK Runtime from 0.13.0 to 0.13.2 ( update runtime 0.13.2 and regenerate code #41 )
