Stream cancellation exception can be null #498
Description
This can stem from a core Akka stream flow/stage, we would need to look on both Akka.Persistence.Sql and Akka.Streams.
An NRE happened while the stream was propagating cancellation cause up stream inside the OnDownstreamFinish() callback, this should never happen.
