Custom fields always converted to strings, even if not necessary.

We could improve for the usecase outside of using this library for application-logging, where strings need to be inforced.
We should think about changing the behaviour maybe even to being able to fixate the types of custom fields to other types beside strings to allow flexibility with sending logs for example to cloud logging.
