Crash app but true setup

@NhatLam Could you let us know the version of the androidx.work:work-runtime in your project? You can run ./gradlew app:dependencies from the terminal to find this version.

It looks like from your screenshot this crashes on an Android 10, MI 8 device. Have you tested on any other devices or emulators to see if you still have the issue?

i use androidx.work:work-runtime= "2.4.0"
I only have xiaomi mi 8

Fix

@NhatLam The exact issue would only happens if your app was built with androidx.work:work-runtime:2.0.1 or older. Please make sure you have androidx.work:work-runtime:2.1.0 or newer in your build.gradle.

Please share your app/build.gradle and your build.gradle if you believe you have correctly updated to androidx.work:work-runtime and we can double check this.
Also if possible run ./gradlew app:dependencies --info and provide the lines with androidx.work:work-runtime to confirm your are building with the right version.

Background Details

setInitialDelay was moved from OneTimeWorkRequest.Builder to WorkRequest.Builder in androidx.work:work-runtime:2.1.0 is the root cause of this. Per your error OneTimeWorkRequest$Builder is still being called so this lead me to your androidx.work:work-runtime being 2.0.1 or older.
The evernote/android-job library had the opposite issue (library was on 2.0.1 but app was on 2.2.0) but this explains how this crash happens well:
