https://www.japaneselawtranslation.go.jp/en/laws/view/3340/en によると「特定商取引法」は 「Act on Specified Commercial Transactions」が正しそうです。 今のままでも十分伝わるとは思うのでどちらでもOKです。

ちなみに「〜に基づく表記」まで訳そうとすると「Notation based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions」や「Information Required under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions of Japan」などになるみたいですがそこまでやらなくても良いとは思います。
