Why are most of the releases yanked?

I've just noticed all the 1.2.0+ (except the latest 2.3.0) crate releases are yanked. What's the reason for that? Does it mean all the version have a known vulnerability or any other serious issue? Does it worth yanking?

Also very keen to know if there is some issue with <2.3, since 2.3.0 is broken on WASM and we're kind of stuck.

Mostly because of GHSA-94vh-gphv-8pm8. wasm should be fixed in about 2 hours by the version 2.4.0 release.
