Fixes flipcoder#10 - MIDI CC not routed to "split" MIDI out.
Also adds a "QUIT" button (which initiates resetting the connected device before closing the application). Imho, this is a clearer, explicit, less surprising behaviour to restore the connected device to its default layout.
