radioTemplate doesn't apply to radioList items #188

Hi,
I find it very irritating, that the templates for single items like radio-/checkboxes don't apply to single items of the respective lists. At least it should be stated clearly in the documentation of ActiveField.
The problem is described in detail here: yiisoft/yii2#7448
I think the most consistent solution would be to have extra fields (something like RadioListOptionTemplate) for the templates of the options of those lists.
What do you think? :)
