On XS9 a previiously available SM type might become unavailable. Make sure we remove it on upgrade. The previius fix in CA-408048 did not work. Signed-off-by: Christian Lindig <[email protected]>

The test that failed is now passing after we merged the fixes. I'm still running a BST again but this looks ready to be merged. |

I've seen failures in the BST that I need to investigate; so don't merge this. |
