Add meta data at the bottom of each topic page

At the moment only the link to link to "GitHub for this page" is added at the end of a page.

We like to add meta data at the bottom of each topic page:

Meta info:

• date published,
• date modified,
• contributors,
• link to GitHub for this page,
• link to the “how to contribute” page.

Date published is pretty easy; posts already use this in their layout file. Basically we need to add date as a required variable in docs pages, then add the rendering to the layout.

Date can be the same - the code for that is already in the the github.html component, so we should just need to add a last modified date for the post and make sure it's enabled in config.

Link to 'how to contribute' can pretty much just be a link, so very easy.

But getting the contributors to this document is actually pretty tricky. First, if we're going to accept contributions via email or slack, then we need to consider that not all contributors will be represented in the Github commit history. Second, the github metadata package doesn't actually return document-level data. We'd need to do custom API queries to get that.

So I think that contributors should probably be manual. We can do something in the page variables like

props: joedolson, rianrietveld

Then we can add a handler to display that.

I agree with @joedolson about the readily and easily available methods.

Just to be sure, could we start with those and we see the result so it helps us better plan for the missing one???

I think that we should determine how we're going to track contributors as early as possible; the longer we go without adding that information, the harder it will get to add it in. It's definitely best done as a routine.
