Upload to workshop

This issue is tracking an official release of wire-extras onto the workshop.

This is pretty important as to avoid people reuploading it with malicious intent.

Probably will want to do this after I get automatic workshop deployment done for wiremod: wiremod/wire#2647

I don't work on gmod anymore, but iirc the last issues were fixing certain files that wouldn't be whitelisted to be on the workshop, also needs to have a workshop entry in the first place.

Wouldn't be hard for anyone looking to get it done.

Although if it is done, need a heavy disclaimer against using it in servers because a bunch of the code is really bad both in how they are written and how exploitable it is (self changer is one bad point)

Also, I think I was leaning toward just pulling out the good bits into wire proper:
This already happened with holoAnim (wiremod/wire#3113).

So I'd recommend that over this too.
