Navbar container can be fluid or fixed width.
- changed 'checked' to 'selected', to avoid confusion with checkbox - support for button-group
- removed array handler, that function is handled by button-group, and will affect other array features
- disabled prop, in case you are grouping only for styles (no need to handle value)
- showCount is only supported in multi select - can personalice countText
- added show-count to select docs
- added banner to build
- some minor fixes

Restrict calendar selections to within a min-date and max-date window
@wffranco What do you need from me here? I am unsure why the diff is showing so many files with conflicts - I only adjusted a few lines in two files. It's up to date with the master branch. I had thought I did the rebase wrong in my other pull request, which is why I deleted that branch. But it looks like the same "issue" is persisting here.
