Even with clientLogLevel: 'none', I see [WDS] Hot Module Replacement enabled. in the console.

Client log level is respected for [WDS] Hot Module Replacement enabled..

I do not possess that power ;). If you want to backport something, it is also possible to use the base branch webpack-1. For this PR I'll cherry pick it myself.
