Rust counterpart to ParamSet::AddSampledSpectrumFiles(...)

The following named material needs attention:

The two lines for "spectrum k" and "spectrum eta" will result in C++ calls to pbrt::ParamSet::AddSampledSpectrumFiles:

We don't have a Rust counter part to that function (yet).
