Adds npm packages to
package.jsonthat are needed to run the transpiledhtmlServerMain.jsfile from the command line, e.g. with:node ~/vscode-html-languageserver-bin/dist/htmlServerMain.js --stdio.Essentially the same as vscode-langservers/vscode-css-languageserver-bin#5.
