Is it possible to add a line to the Gemfile to have the same effect as  "--no-parameter-documentation-check"?

Also similarly for "--no-params_empty_string_assignment-check".

We're using "pdk bundle exec puppet-lint --no-parameter-documentation-check --fix manifests" which doesn't seem to use the Rakefile. The puppet-lint documentation only discusses disabling checks via the Rakefile. Is it also possible via the Gemfile?
