Nightly Vim Windows build snapshots (more information).

If you do not know what to use, use the 32bit installer (use the signed one, if available).

Signed releases will occasionally be provided on a best effort approach.

Changes:

• 8.2.1743: cannot build without the eval feature
• 8.2.1742: test still fails without the terminal feature
• 8.2.1741: pathshorten() only supports using one character
• 8.2.1740: test fails without the terminal feature
• 8.2.1739: Vim9: crash when compiling a manually defined function
