Nightly Vim Windows build snapshots (more information).

If you do not know what to use, use the 32bit installer (use the signed one, if available).

Signed releases will occasionally be provided on a best effort approach.

Changes:

• 8.2.0083: text properties wrong when tabs and spaces are exchanged
• 8.2.0082: when reusing a buffer listeners are not cleared
• 8.2.0081: MS-Windows also need the change to support INIT4()
