This got added in canary12 of 7.0.0 vercel#5088. but we can't wait for that version

Added css using aphrodite.
Note: I'm using cjs syntax on lib/css.js since babel was adding es2015 imports for the runtime polyfills breaking the build. I'm sure this can be fixed easily
I'm adding the tests in another pr
