docker cache not updated

The docker cache used by the CI runs is supposed to be updated every night.
But the nightly update doesn't work. The only way to update it is manually clear the cache.
We should probably fix this if but I'm not 100% sure.

No need of manual cache,we can use dynamic cache by checking github runner id at cronjob so it updates
This is issue is open right or resolved by @mkmkme
