Summary

wrap Streamdown usage with a shared docsbot-streamdown class for bot replies and the footer so we can target the rendered markup
add a Streamdown-specific SCSS partial that covers typography, tables, and code block controls instead of relying on the old highlight.js styles
trim redundant bubble styles that are now provided by the shared Streamdown stylesheet and forward the new partial with the other chatbot styles

Testing

npm run build (fails: the registry blocks access to the streamdown package, so webpack cannot resolve it)
