Enhancement: add timestamp to CSV, indicate seperator #4

This is a simple PR that does two quality of life improvements: - adds the timestamp to the file itself to reduce confusion of multiple open "audit.csv" files - indicates that the CSV separator is a `,` (outside the US, Excel can default to `;`, resulting in the CSV not being recognized correctly)
