Extend GitHub Job summary with the executed `TargetFramework`

In CI scenarios—such as this example: GitHub Actions run—it would be highly beneficial to include the executed <TargetFramework> in the GitHub job summary.

This enhancement would improve traceability and clarity, particularly in projects targeting multiple frameworks or during transitions between framework versions. Knowing which TargetFramework was used at a glance helps developers and maintainers quickly understand the build context without digging into the logs or workflow YAML.
