cypress:run command does not work as expected and the cypress e2e test pipeline is broken

Describe the bug
cypress:run script arising error (Cypress version 10.0.0 no longer supports cypress.json.)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. run yarn cypress:run
2. See error

Expected behavior
Should run e2e tests as written in cypress -> integration
