docs: Clean up wip pages

• Changes the wip label to Stub for stub pages
• removed the wip label from pages that are "good enough" for the initial release and/or working at least (may still contain TODOs)
  • Some pages needed small changed to work in v2
• ran prettier
• moved dev cycle into dev index
• removed duplicate intellij guide again
• added a few stubs
• removed the flutter migration page because it would have been a stub for ever
