Move service configuration from XML to php

With Symfony 7.4 the XML format is going to be deprecated:

1) /var/www/app/vendor/symfony/dependency-injection/Loader/XmlFileLoader.php:48
Since symfony/dependency-injection 7.4: XML configuration format is deprecated, use YAML or PHP instead.

So let's move to php format instead?
