feat: complete swiftwave backup and restore support

Changes Required -

• Add backup command in CLI
  • Dump in a file to store all the details
    • All Local Images
    • SQL Database
    • Configuration File
    • Uploaded Source Codes
    • HAProxy Configuration File
    • HAProxy SSLs
• Add restore command in CLI
  • Restore system from the dumped file
  • There may be some app in running state while doing the dump. We need to reset the states

We recommend to have redis and rabbitmq and a remote postgres for better stability and reliability. But still we need support of snapshot in case we messed up anything.

with swiftwave snapshot command now you can take snapshot of whole swiftwave including config, haproxy, udpproxy confg, local postgres, image registry, past application backups.

We don't dump external services (remote postgres, external image registry, remote redis, remote rabbitmq)
