Auto-sync service stats with containerization tool (docker)

Currently, in Swiftwave, only the app sets the states of the app and do operation based on that.

It needs to sync with the daemon. Based on the events from the docker daemon, it will update the application as well.

This issue is going to be halted.
Will be worked again after complete migration to GraphQL

As for now, we have realtime info monitoring, so we can ignore this for now.
