First, thank you so much for creating this project, it's absolutely brilliant, and has made using Supabase with Swift so nice.
When first coming to use this project, the examples in the integration tests were super useful for getting up to speed. The existing examples in the Readme didn't work for me, but these did. I thought it might be useful to update the Readme with these examples, so new people coming to the project can also use them.
This PR is just taking some of the examples from the integration tests, and using them as examples in the Readme.
