Update POI Latest

  • Update POI to 5.2.2
  • Get rid of Guava and use Java 8 standard classes instead
  • Update package name to match new Maven Central's convention (io.github prefix)
  • Avoid publishing examples and parent project to Maven Central
  • Update groupId and artifactId as we don't have access to subtlelib.org website:
    io.github.subtlelib:poi-builder-core:1.1.1
