Function to get [default] database directory path

From danielsogl/awesome-cordova-plugins#881 and storesafe/cordova-sqlite-storage-help#26 I have identified a need for a function to get the platform dependent database directory path. I hope to deliver this within the next month or so.

In case #681 (Database storage in arbitrary path) & #682 (Deprecate other iOS database locations) are implemented then it should be good enough to just get the default database directory path.

I need to get database location for my app so I can create a backup for it.
