Fixed "preferred" spelling. Added full path for fetch_databases.sh SBATCH script, and removed some text clarifying the scripts execution. Changed remaining "Singularity" reference to "Apptainer". Added line return above "### Best Practices".
Added content about specifying the CUDA compute capability as a SLURM constraint to 'Best Practices' section.
