  • added Tree functionality delete (fixes PySg #2514), repaired Update
  • cleaned up the imports to be uniform and improve code readability
  • other minor fixes to make main() run

I understand deleting whitespaces, but breaking long function argument tables seems a downgrade to readability and consistency over the whole file
