Styles of lazy-loaded component are not being inserted on the page

What is the current behavior?

• When importing components with lazy and css modules, the lazy-loaded css is not being inlined on the shadow dom.

What is the expected behavior?

• When lazy-loaded components are loaded, the corresponding css is not inlined on the shadow dom.

This is just something I found out, please confirm if it's something you can reproduce. Thanks!
