This removes a lot of docs: * EXISTING_SIGNER.md and NEW_SIGNER.md should be covered by tuf-on-ci/SIGNER.md * Content from OVERVIEW.md was moved to tuf-on-ci/SIGNER.md Signed-off-by: Jussi Kukkonen <[email protected]>
