The dependencies have been updated to the latest version. Since the
testifylibrary requires at least Go version 1.17, the Go version of this library has also been upgraded to 1.17.I think we could also raise the version directly to 1.22, as it is common practice to follow the Go release policy and only support the last two major versions. However, I did not know whether this was welcome and therefore only upgraded the version to v1.17.
