Add RunContainer task support for running containers

Description:
We should consider adding support for a new RunContainer task type in Serverless Workflow.
This feature would allow workflows to execute containerized tasks directly, potentially leveraging Testcontainers for portability

Discussion points:

• Platform compatibility: Should we aim for full support across Windows, Linux, and macOS?
• Container runtime: Should both Podman and Docker be supported, or do we pick one as default?
