This PR adds an "Application Foreground" event to the iOS and macOS lifecycle handlers which is tracked on every call of
applicationDidBecomeActive. This is equivalent to the "Application Backgrounded" event which is tracked on every call ofapplicationDidResignActive.Closes #172.
