World Map Find button adds top result to search box

Description

Selecting Find when searching in the World Map moves the top result to the Search box.
This may seem confusing for users that decide to reclick the Find button as this then researches for the top result.
Here's an example that shows what appears when searching for the letter 'c' and then repeating the search by double-clicking Find.

Reproduction steps

1. Open World Map
2. Search for a term that gives multiple results
3. Observe that the top result is now added to the search box

Based of findings in code it isn't supposed to autocomplete. Not sure when it broke, there are multiple candidates that could have caused this.

This changes a small detail of the world map usage. Typing an incomplete region name which finds 1 result (eg. "boardma" for the Boardman region or "texturet"for the Texturetest region) and hitting enter again would teleport to it.

• ctrl-m to open Map. Focus will be in the search box.
• type: boardma
• Press enter to Find
• Press enter again to teleport.

Now it requires pressing down arrow to select the region, then Enter to teleport.

Another difference. I want to TP to Bug Island, but I can't be bothered to type the whole name.

• ctrl-m to open Map. Focus will be in the search box.
• type: bug is
• Press enter to Find. (this finds "Bug Island" and "Bug Island 2", "Bug Island" is highlighted)
• Press enter again to teleport. (This would previously teleport to Bug Island)
• Nothing happens.
• Press the down arrow
• Bug Island 2 is selected
• Press the up arrow to select Bug Island
• Press enter to teleport.
