Windows crash not appearing in bugsplat

Description

As mentioned in #4315, this crash does not appear in bugsplat.

Or use the new and upcoming "force crash" menu item being added to a future viewer near you! Develop->Force an Error

Two new force an error options have been added. Both of these crash the viewer and appear in Bugsplat successfully.

• "Force an Exception Crash in a Thread" crash report here

Verified on Second Life 7.2.0.16356654553 (2025.05) on Win11
