Factor out pull_plot to mplhep

I had a discussion recently with @andrzejnovak about plotting pulls in mplhep as it would be very useful for nice zfit plots of PDFs. Therefore the idea would be to factor out the core plotting part (as I think you both discussed that already in the past?) into mplhep and we can merge it/check with some code that we use currently for pull plots, e.g. to switch between different styles?

What do you think about this?

Hi, thanks for tagging me. I think it would be great to have a central implementation for commonly needed figures with an agreed-upon API.

This document includes links to a range of common visualizations for template fits with user stories. I have written implementations for some of those, they can be found here. Page 5 in these slides shows examples of this implementation. Some of these visualizations are not using histograms as inputs, but they may fit into mplhep anyway?

@alexander-held I think these would be a great fit as well. I have not been making plots like those myself because I/we are still very dependent on combine in CMS, which produces most of these automatically, but I think it would make sense if they were available generally from a dedicated viz library ie mplhep
